Your theory is wrong. I'm ENTJ and drew this in minutes after not drawing in months, though I did use a reference. I'm not formally trained in any way and practice maybe 2-3 times a year. I know it's not especially impressive or demonstrating any great skill, but according to your theory I should be completely hopeless right?

Rinse and repeat for a few months as often as possible. Don't forget to learn to draw from memory/imagination and to learn to use reference.

Remember: master copies has been the main way for teaching artists in the past in Europe (also in China). Why are people so reluctant to use the expertise acquired by dozens generations of humans? There must have been good reasons for them to practice this way, this is not a flawless approach, but it gets you like 80% there.
