If you are not /fit/ you are NOT going to make it

The first thing to take in consideration is the effort and discipline you put in art. In fitness this is the key, it dosn't matter how much you say "yeah i spend 2 years lifting" if you look like shit, Why? because you didnt put real effort, you didnt follow a solid routine, you decided that doing shitty reps like a fucking crossfitter count as a solid one. LITERALLY just take your practice serius, avoid procrastinating and take breaks between half/1 hour and go back to drawing, focus into learning instead of pretending that doing gesture drawing is worth your time.

YOU CANT OUT-TRAIN A BAD DIET. I dont care what retards say here, if your fundies are bad, you art will be always bad

Stop comparing yourself with bigger dudes. If all you think is "how can i draw like him" "why are they better than me" you NGMI. focus on yourself. most big guys are son sarms, test or any bulshit or maybe they just have better genetics, it dosnt matters, go at your speed, try to make it harder the next session, add a rep, make them slow, whatever it takes to improve

ENJOY THE FUCKING PROCESS. your only option is to like it or quit, if you go to the gym thinking about how big you will be or how much girls will chase u, you will never make it. is about liking the actual thing, being proud of that set you did of 12 reps instead of 10, how you added 5kg this week. you will get the miring from gym brah's. or you can just get test and get results in a few months but ruin your body forever shexyo tracing art and getting caught)

quality instead of the quantity. i seen a lot of people saying the most you draw the better. this is the most stupid thing you can do because you will end with 1k ugly drawings. try to be better the next time, learn to not polish a turd, drop it, you already gave the best of you there, move to the next one and try to be better
