in my whole life there are very few things that i have added to my routine that i kept up long term which are good for you.
off the top of my head the only thing i can think of is brushing my teeth, which i really didn't start doing until my 20s. but which ive maintained for... maybe 6 or 7 years at this point.
Going to work i guess too. but thats basically it. I kept up the drawing an hour a day thing from april 2019 until june of this year which is over 2 years. it was a good run, but since june i got a new job with unpredictable hours. and its physically exhausting. and i've only drawn 17 pictures in these 6 months which is fucking horrible.
