Basically you need to train your focus, and lower your dopamine intake. This doesn't mean you have to cut out everything that provides dopamine cold turkey, but you will want to transition to spending most of your free time with hobbies that exercise your focus.
If you succeed, you will start to enjoy these slower paced hobbies more and more, and become happier in general as you will be exposing your brain to less dopamine, and as such won't need as much to be happy.
