Yeah, this works for like people already in the interim or advanced stage and need a style to work with. Dont recommend this at all for begs given you just probably googled this. I'd recommend OP to learn the basic simple shapes/proportions by just observing a 3d model online (get all angles) then building up from there. See my ref for an example. Try drawing the simple triangle shape you see in a different angle taking into account the predefined shapes in all angles in the ref. If you can master that, only thing left for you is to just apply proportions and study volumes from irl sources (even yourself) and you're all set. Point is, the construction is the most important part. Obviously as an advanced feature, you can study movements/gesture and all that styled stuff later on.
