Slam em out, one after another, and don't take too much time. Try learn to draw it fast, with long, continuous strokes instead of fuzzy centimeter by centimetre lines.

Eventually you will make something you like.

And when you get a few good ones, now try take time to practice the new skills you gained.

Draw from references, and compare directly to your reference to see what you did wrong. Rather than fixing it, try not to fuck it up next time

I forgot to mention that I do pixel art, while I tried venturing into "normal" art I just found myself more comfortable with stuff ranging from 32x32 and 200x200 pixels.

I can definitely say that I take too much time in projects because I either add more details or fix some stuff that I find wrong

I mostly use references but rarely look back and compare between the two

You want to be able to replicate something exactly before you start changing it, otherwise style becomes a crutch, and eventually a handicap. That's pretty harsh/confusing to look at. Move away from pixel for a while and practice making basic 2d and 3d shapes, learn basic shape design, good construction etc.
Though to answer the OP, downscale to like 32x32, make a cutesy little pixel art game, or idk, you're basically asking 'what should I put my artistic effort into' which is the question most of us struggle with but only you can answer. Try to get closer to an idea through elimination
