Stylisation is about simplifying human visual perception, which can be performed to various degree: anime is an extreme example, classical greek sculpture is a less extreme example.
Edge control is perhaps what you lack most for realism (things are overall too sharp). But, this creates a sense of stylisation, so that's why I found it hard to evaluate. Your ability to render form is a bit too simplified, and lack subtlety.
This can be trained.
In any way, studying composition can only be helpful, regardless of where you aim.
