>>5794252You have to create a schedule that is very intentional of what you need to do for the day. That’s the reason why you procrastinate and get nothing done, you never schedule for it. You schedule to go to class every week. You schedule going to work. Why not schedule the things you need to do in order to be successful?
I work for 45 minutes, and take a 10 minute break. I do this for 3-4 hours then I take an hour break and do it again until it’s time for me to go to bed. Then I get up early and do it again.
I created a clear folder in front of me that has my days outlined on paper. I write out everything I need to do for each day, then execute. You have no idea how much I’ve been able to learn and do by using this simple method. You can still play video games, watch anime, and do whatever, but you limit the amount of time you spend on those things and become lazer like focused during work time. Try it for a week. Tomorrow morning, map out your entire week for each day, and write down to the hour what you need to accomplish and what time you will do it. Then you MUST follow your schedule. No half assing or making excuses. Try it for a week. I watched a video by watts atelier about this method, tried it, and i love it.
