Go find Twitter chains were people are asking artists it advertise themselves. Pander a little to popular characters (I like using my quick gesture practice. Several birds, one stone). Draw characters that belong to popular artists that are known for resharing such things.
Yeah, it sucks to pander. But if you do it enough in the beginning, you can slowly fade it out of your posting schedule.
There are many many other ways to market yourself and your art that I haven't mentioned.
If you don't apply yourself and show people who YOU are and how you are DIFFERENT from everyone else doing the same shit, you aren't going to get very far.
