>>5790989idk maybe I watched a weird lecture, but he was at like a university or something and the way he was breaking things down was like calculus and not geometry. He was analyzing a page of Yotsuba which was pretty rad, but whent off from there to some really intricate measuring. Don't get me wrong, I respect the hell out of the man, but I think just because he is an amazing artist, that doesn't make him a good teacher.
Then again, I haven't seen all of his lectures or taken his classes, so what do I know. It looks like its working for you from the sketch you posted so keep on keeping on.
