Long Version:
I'm with a group presently making a crypto based gaming project.
We have a great team(6 of us), but we need a second artist to support the lead artist.
You will need:
>Good work ethic
>be easy to work with
>be able to self motivate and have a good sense of direction.
>A good chunk of time to dedicate daily is a must.
>Entrepreneurial mindset helps too
>Maturity(not age) is crucial
>Ability to take critique
The game is fantasy based. A lot of the art is of people, landscapes and buildings.(think elven general, farmland, tavern respectively)
There will be revenue share based on sales of NFTs(which will be ongoing) after launch. The game will be seasonal with new art and gameplay mechanics being released regularly, so on going work, with growing revenue with residual income coming from backdated sales.
