A face like that and that angle could be literally anything. But even if it actually is the face you think it is, it could still just be referenced.

Not really. Real time rendering has gotten ridiculously good. Pixar and CGI for film takes so long to render because they always render at the maximum possible resolution they can and then reduce it to the actual target resolution. So when technology improved so that 4k rendering doesn't take so long they had already switched to 8k etc
