>>5779955Draw with reference and try to think about how X shape would look like in a different angle than the reference, finish drawings and do your best to reinterpret the reference, fundamentals like construction, gesture, and perspective are very important and you have to try to master them but even more important is not to depend 100% on them and do things more by free hand, try to see the fundamentals as a tool that helps you to solve a problem instead of a series of steps to make a drawing, I know this is not the answer you were expecting and many people will think this has nothing to do with your question, but I also went through this problem of "I don't know how to draw bodies in different poses" "I must learn how to draw poses from my imagination" "I don't understand how people pull poses out of thin air" "i always draw the same retarded pose and view" etc. I think this is one of those things that you don't get at the moment because of how our brains work but i'm sure it will click for you too one way or another, this was the solution to my problem with the poses, I hope I made myself clear gl anon
