Compare your art from a week ago to your art now, find your weaknesses, and improve. A lot of people here have been in the art game for a while so I wouldn’t hold myself to the standard of some of the best artists here. Don’t rush, it’s unnecessary. Turn on some music, preferably classical as that helps with focus, and just calm down. You’ll get there one day, but this takes time. Maybe you’re afraid of making mistakes- if that’s the case, get a sketchbook and go fill it up with bullshit. A crucial part of the art process is accepting errors and learning from them
