Here's the trick anon: tomorrow your new goal is to draw for 6 minutes and pace around for 29 minutes. And the day after that, 7 minutes of drawing and 28 minutes of pacing.

You can improve somewhere, somehow by that much each day. And in about one month, you won't be pacing at all. Or if you do, it would be after a lot more drawing.

Aim for 1% better everyday. One more healthy choice everyday.

It doesn't matter if 95% of the day was wasted, you can still use the last bit. Don't wait until tomorrow. I was too busy to draw today and I've been home all day and now it's 5PM and I have some late night work meetings. But I can still squeeze in some drawing here and after I get back. And that's okay.

I would recommend a) removing things that you enjoy more than drawing, such as porn, good food, social media and so on. Drawing will rise to fill that need, and become more enjoyable than all of these things, and b) do sports, wake up at the same time before 8:00, get enough sunlight and meditate

Concretely, I recommend Cold Turkey blocker for blocking sites and scheduling blocks, I'm about to block 4chan, too
