You will never improve ever, until you can decently replicate something just by using it as a reference. It’s such a easy fucking thing to learn, oh hell start with chibi, cartoons or anime girls or goddamn animals if realism too fucking hard for you
Just actually try to fucking make it look exactly the same as the reference

I’m betting you half-ass a drawing that looks similar enough but when you fucking compare it the angles and the negative space is completely fucked up. You don’t even try to get the exact details right you just place some stupid fucking pencil strokes in the direction you think they’re supposed to be in.
And you take so long to copy the exact reference that when you actually do spot a fucking mistake, you don’t fucking fix it. Noooo you think to your dumb ass mind “well I’ve worked so hard on this I don’t wanna erase it noooo”
You are trying to practice, not make art. That means you need to fucking get it right, erase the parts that aren’t right, move on to the next, quickly as fuck.
