I try to catch myself off-guard, usually by starting drawing shitty doodles out of the blue before my brain realizes it should be procrastinating
The key is to start with drawing fun stuff that's enjoyable to just put on paper

By far the hardest part of any drawing is all the stuff and mental gymnastics I have to get through before I even put pen to paper. What helped me with starting is just forcing myself to make something shitty and spend like 2 minutes on it: that's usually enough to get the ball rolling

Tablet its always in front of my keyboard, so its the first thing that i see. Also, I open CSP and a new layer right away, even if I'm not drawing anytime soon, so if I see something that inspires me to draw, I just tab to the program and get to it.
