>>5776206I mean the thing that makes you "good" at art is ultimately your aesthetic sensibilities. If your taste (or eye or whatever you want to call it) is good enough then yeah sometimes, like, basquiat wasn't the most technically accomplished dude and his work slaps.
So I guess you just have to really know and internalize "the rules" until you intuitively speak the language
