After I started drawing anime art for a year, I have gain this appreciation for clean lines.

I am using Photoshop, is there any brush settings and custom brush that produces clean lines? I want to reduce the amount of clean up.

I find it's more down to technique.
Try starting and finishing your lines off of the drawing surface. Start drawing your line in the air, touch your pen down where you want your line to start, and lift up your pen where you want it to end, all in one smooth motion.
It's a bit hard to explain in text, so hopefully that made sense.

Pen tool. Pen tool. FUCK everything that ANYONE ELSE says. Pen tool is literally the only thing you need for clean art.

In photoshop the best you can do is crank up the stabiliser and draw over a sketch layer. Using zoom and rotate to get your best line without having to actually move your hand too far at change hand angle.
CSP is literally built for inking clean lines. I don't use it cause I don't ink but I'd recommend trying it for that alone.
Illustrator can also do similar inking work but it's more autistic than CSP.

How do I use csp in fullest to achieve clean lines? Is there any tutorial? I haven't produced a single artwork with appealing straights and curves without any excessive pixels coming out and into the line that turn it into a mess. I just don't understand how to draw perfectly clean lineart. And then I watch some artists and they produce lines out of thin air like its nothing.

Better off just search youtube for "csp clean lineart".
Also keep in mind artists draw at a minimum of double the resolution they actually want to save the finished product at for presentation. Any small errors at 8000x4000 are basically invisible when you save it at 4000x2000 for example.
Depends on your computer what res you can realistically paint at without lag.

No they don't, idiot. Just because you do or you heard that on YouTube, doesn't mean other people don't have better skill and better tools.

It's pretty standard. It's not solely for giving you room for small errors though, it allows you to cover yourself for physical media and future proofing digital art as monitor resolution increases. People use 300ppi/dpi for the same reason.
If you were making your own game or something it would be essential.
There is basically no reason not to do it unless your computer sucks.

Increase Stabilization on any smooth brush/pen. There you go you'll get incredibly clean lines and it will delay the output as well so you can't fuck it up.

You can resize the vector lines to whatever you need, res isn't a factor/concern. You don't know what you're talking about, and yet you think you do and are giving beg advice/not growing with modern solutions.

I bet you still use Sai.
