What art good art schools in the US for concept art that aren't Cal Arts or Art Center? Is there any decent ones that aren't like $50,000 a year?

I know I'm going to get a lot of these answers but I have reasons to actually go. I can actually get up to $75,000 covered of that debt, but I still want to go as cheap as possible without what I thought was a concept art program turning into fine arts bullshit

go to a local atelier workshop or buy some online courses, much more affordable than art school
but you do get valuable networking and skills if you get to go to a good art school

Only networking, if you check an art school's curriculum, you'll see that they take 4 or 5 years to each you stuff that you can learn on your own from a bunch of online courses within 1 or 2 years, btw graduated dumbass reporting in.

Bite the bullet and go to Europe. IDEA academy in Rome is 6k tuition per year and if you rent out a cheapo room you can keep your living costs under 10k for the year. Their master class is 2 years and if you're /beg/ you can start with their foundation year that starts at 3k.
