What do you do when you're making a comic in PhotoShop and your PC starts slowing down so much it's impossible to make progress? How do you prevent it from happening? I haven't opened the file in a while because of this, but I don't think I had a ridiculous amount of layers, I hadn't even started coloring. What I did do that might have caused the issue, is that I was extending the length of the canvas as I progressed. But then how do I add on panels? Do I just have to make new files for each page I make? Is there a particular workflow I should learn when making comics in regards to doing multiple pages? I bought CSP too recently, is it better for multi-page comics?
I'm running Birdy's cracked version of PS CC 2017. My PC has 64 GB of RAM (though it's running at 2400 MHz when it should be running at 3600 MHz), a Ryzen 3400G, and RX 6800.
