I miss living in the city and hanging out with artists my age for life drawing, but having moved away from the city, all you find are old people who you have nothing in common with. I am thinking of using my funds to open a life drawing studio and advertising it around local colleges. What does everyone think?

Drawing is actually one of the most non-lonely hobbies. Everyone understands it and has an opinion on it. There's a huge community that you are always a part of. It's lonely people who feel lonely. It's not drawing that's lonely. Lonely people need to change their perception on the world. Lonely people choose to be lonely. You can't tell me that a lonely person doesn't.

it's lonely as in that so much time is just you grinding on something mind numbingly hard on your same old room alone. People know that there are communities, but most of the time theyre experiencing with this hobby is that theyre alone drawing.

I moved for a job. Now, I live in the outskirts of another big city. The regulars at the closest life drawing studio are still just old people. The life drawing atelier I used to attend have parties and trips and stuff, sucks that I had to move. So I'm thinking of opening a life drawing studio, not sure if anyone here has experience with that.
