>>5770753This is the work of @rchrd.powell on Instagram. He does beautiful gesture drawings and if I would take after anyone, it would be him. He still has some perspective, anatomy, and form in his drawings though, which I feel is what most people fail at when doing it. The thing about gesture drawing though is that it’s sort of it’s own thing in my eyes, sort of how this guy does it. Unless you want to become a “gesture” artist, I’d just get the basic gist of it down and move on. The main goal is to just exaggerate what you see but don’t obsess over it unless you want to do something more with it like this guy
