step 1: watch some of prokos basics videos where he teaches you how to do basic perspective, figure drawing, holding a pencil, constructing stuff out of basic 3d forms, etc. Super basics.
step 2: draw what you want
You must do this for fun, if you aren't drawing for fun, you will lose motivation and have no reason to study.
Don't be too ambitious, it's okay to draw something dumb like chibi cartoon characters. The goal is to create an actual drawing and not just a study.
step 3: go hard on studying
now that you know what you want to draw, and the reason for improving, now you have the motivation and drive to study hard.
Study like maths, don't just mindlessly copy shit. Identify your flaws (ie maybe you can't draw legs properly, or your colours don't feel right, etc) and study books, other art, and real life to figure out the difference between your art and theirs. and fix the problem
step 5: congrats now your git gud.
