during work days, I might draw up to 2 hours, but usually around 40 minutes, depending. During my day offs, I can draw up to 10 hours, but it depends on what other recreational activities or errands I need to take care of.

I aim to draw/study for 6hrs a day but i sometimes either underperform 3-4hrs or outpreform 7-10rs depending on my mood or what im drawing

A good way to motivate yourself is to set daily goals. For example, I'm challenging myself to draw 20 figures minimum per day (10 from ref, and 10 from imagination). I even have a google sheets file where I document and rate each of my sketches for each day (link to ref, rating over 10, comments, etc...), that might just be my autism showing though.
