>>5766903Studios in japan or canada or korea are generally gonna be sweatshops (canada is improving but for now its pretty bad). Really tiny studios are often non-union because they can't afford to pay more than they already do. Largely dependent on the country and size.
If you want to know about a specific studio just go on glassdor or some shit.
