Besides, there are serious issues. You may want to start with basic, white, geometric objects (sphere, cube, cylinders, cone).
Start with *one*, and spend at least 2 to 3h on it, only with graphite.
Once you're confortable with that try to do some fruits again, mono-chromatically. Then, go study texture. Finally, back to fruit again, mono-chromatically then colored.
