1 is the only one that's fully hand-drawn, proper pixelart.
2 is not fully pixelart but most of it is hand-drawn. The shrine in the back looks like a photo or 3d model.
3 obviously uses a bunch of different photos, but it's very touched up.
4 the far background looks like a photo, but the rest looks hand-drawn
5 looks like they used 3d. The floor texture is blurry.
