In the first place, most /ic/ anons are here to learn how and draw humans, not just any random stock image.
Anyway... from what I gather, what you want is a drawing that basically just mimics that photo, right?
I'd recommend asking for someone to simply trace the image. But find a photo of the arm you want from the same angle. Hard requests are a hard sell in wsr, make it easier
