I screwed up the size of the foot/legs and the left hand. I've got shitty leg/foot anatomy knowledge, so I guess it makes sense. And now I'm seeing how I screwed up the angle on the face and gave her a side-mouth. Anything else major I'm missing?

I think the way you've drawn the upper torso and shoulders looks odd because you're inconsistent with the pose of the reference (and thus why the placement of the right hand seems a little odd and the top seems stiff). She's reclining more, putting out her stomach slightly, leaning back on her elbows with her shoulders raised.
