I'm a victim of aphantasia and unable to imagine visually. By visually I mean closing your eyes and seeing visuals behind your eyelids.
I can imagine movement and Haruhi dancing Hare Hare Yukai but it's not behind my eyelids, and I can't pause it and redraw it because it's so transparent to the point of being nonexistent. For example, I can picture an anime girl winking but I can't pinpoint where the winking eye is located on the face nor can I hold the image. I also have carpal tunnel.
Does anyone know of a hobby other than drawing if you have aphantasia and carpal tunnel?

You don't have aphantasia your visualization muscle is just atrophied from not using it. Being able to hold images and rotate them more accurately etc is a skill you have to practice. You described exactly how visualization looks to me. No one is hallucinating a hypercube when they close their eyes. You don't even have to close your eyes. If you can imagine an anime character dancing you don't have aphantasia. Do you day dream? That's phantasia.
As for carpal tunnel, that's an actual excuse. Worst case scenario draw with your other hand, best case scenario you miss out on drawing reps while you're treating the, often curable, condition.

Okay maybe I don't have aphantasia but I have nowhere near the visualization skills the rest of /ic/ seems to have. There's no way I can use this for drawing. I have masturbated to my imagination for more than 15 years and yet my imagination and visualization never seems to improve.
I tried drawing with my left hand but it already hurts and I seem to have carpal tunnel on it too for some reason.

Comparing yourself to IC is retarded. Your visualization skills suck probably because you haven't actually exercised them like most begs. Do you seriously think begs can rotate their anime girl drawings easily? That's a skill that takes 10's of hours of deliberate grind to get good at. I'd guess you're deluding yourself to give you an excuse for your failure. Stop doing that, retard, and start practicing. After you deal with your carpal tunnel.
For practicing, read: grinding, that Krenz china man said to start with line accuracy, like recreating lines you see exactly. I think this kinda like construction, think "draw a box".

I have trained my imagination by masturbating not to streamed porn but to my imagination in the toilet every night. How come my visualization hasn't improved?
Also for some reason my left hand hurts when drawing when I haven't used it at all. Does carpal tunnel transfer to both hands or something.

have you ever read Keys To Drawing? Literally one of the first exercises is drawing a banana from memory and then from reference, this is why symbol drawing is a thing in the first place. calm down

When I try to recall the supermarket fruit corner I can imagine it but I can't see it, like I can't see the lines that form the corners and edges. I can only work through it logically by saying there can't be a line there if there's only one row.
I can't really recall what my parents' car looked like other than the color and basic shape.
I can recall my friend's cat but I can't really see it, I can recall it but I can't see it. Like I have memory of the cat's face, it's probably the most vivid I can get. I played with the cat a lot. I can picture it running away from me and staring at me. I'm better with movement than still images.

Carpal tunnel is usually from a repetitive stress like sitting at your desk all day, drawing, typing, using the mouse, etc. Why are you asking me when you can google this shit in 2 minutes, you need to anyway, you will unironically cripple yourself even if you get surgery for it if you leave it untreated. Yeah, that's how it works for everyone. Do i need to say it three times? When people say visualize something they don't mean hallucinate an apple they mean imagine an apple at 10% opacity. That's actually a good point, it literally IS memory.
