if US: just make a paypal business account and make all your sales under a "fake" business that doesnt tie to your art, and use invoices. As long as paypal is getting their cut of fees they dont pry, (and they shouldn't, who cares about how the money is made if its not illegal).
if non US, paypal with Pixiv Request probably works. You can skirt Pixiv's no 18+ shit just by changing the site language in Japanese. Yes, really.
Just have the commissioner DM you on twitter or provide an email or something so you can send uncensored versions after outside of Pixiv. commission info is public if the post is made public though, so be careful.
