Keep drawing with reference it takes a years to be able to draw well from imagination and even then you still need reference for complex poses.

to be able to draw from imagination you need to be able to draw from memory first.
first draw with the ref. then draw the same thing 4-5 times but without the ref.

keep drawing with reference. Nothing wrong with trying to do it from imagination every now and then but eventually you'll have internalized the reference enough to where you don't need it
