Feels kinda high beg/low int, but on a different level. If we're going by canon lore hints, he's a bohemian character drifting in the late belle epoque and spent some time in Paris. He might have picked up some knowledge from professionals that might have been involved in post-impressionism or art nouveau. Considering the character's supposed to be a bohemian that never learned art professionaly, it's not that bad in-universe.
The drawing itself, separate from the movie - isn't that catchy. Left hand has some interesting shadowplay, but the right one seems like it got lost in trying to border all of the fingers. Drapery is pretty cool. Face doesn't resemble Kate Winslet that much, at least not in the complimentary way and looks kinda flat. I haven't seen the movie in a while, but the left arm looks way too dark and I don't think anything was casting a shadow on it. Breasts, like a lot of the drawing, could be done better in a more softer fashion - a painterly approach to charcoal. I think a big improvement could be smudging up some of the areas that feel way too concrete and sharp - namely her upper armpit and the area under her boob. Right part feels kinda nicer because it has that Vilppu-like use of tone to suggest form.
