The first one you posted is probably a photobash, not that hard technically because all details are roughly put together on top of each other, using shadows to mask how (relatively) simple it is.
The second one is actually detailed, probably took way more time to be completed, but it's kinda "busy", so it would be on equal par with the first one in terms of public interest, despite being more expensive.
I can see the first one going anywhere from 50 to 300 bucks depending if the artist is popular.
Second one 200-500.
