Neytirix is the only one i really follow. Like the style and i like her video structure and humor. Not a whole lot of tutorial videos but there sure is a lot you can take away from her.

I like Chommang_Drawing a lot. Comfy videos and he draws very loosely and carefree. REIQ's workshops are also nice too.
