Also, be easier on yourself. You're not going to become a pro next year either if your still a beginner, so lower your expectations of immediate greatness. Art is hard, it will take a while. Focus on growth. Do something to be better than you were yesterday. Look back at your art from a year ago and if you don't see any improvement, readjust your study habits because they're not working.
