If anybody were to ask you any specifics about your "3D environment" in your head you'd falter.
Oh you are vividly picturing a propeller plane eh ?
>How many rivets are on the front fuselage panel>How exactly are the wings segmented>How many dials in the cockpit and what do they say>What's laying on the ground around the plane ?The reality is that you can't actually picture a vivid image, the brain doesn't function like that.
You picture a series of concepts that your brain can associate to silhouettes and contours of things you have seen.
As soon as you are gonna focus on one aspect of your "mental propeller plane",
the rest is gonna get confused, the details are ever-changing, the image is never constant.
Because it's not a mental image, it's a mental concept that is tested against your visual library.
Most people who self diagnose with aphantasia just have a really poor visual library or have concentration problems (ADD, ADHD, etc...).
On the contrary, all the larping schizos like you who think they have a super brain are tricked by their own cognition.
It's the same mechanism that make you believe your dreams are real, and a side-effect of your brain avoiding cognitive dissonance at all costs.
Like with dreams, if we had the technology to film an actual image of what you are picturing, it would be a weird visual hodge-podge, constantly shifting.
