Look at One Piece or Naruto, despite running for decades, the mangakas barely improved, they just became faster.
What you need to do to improve is go through every aspect of your work and train it. You need more selfreflection, and to have that, you need to break down every skill into as small as possible pieces. Why is my anatomy shit? can for instance have a plethora of reasons, from you having no understanding of construction, or perspective, or gesture, or anatomical detail, or rendering, so you have to go through all of these aspects one-by-one and train them using better artists and specific courses as guideline. Do this for the finger tip to the hair line and you'll actually improve.
