>>5770272hey sorry for the late reply, so its just a normal 2d picture. i made it in gimp, but you could use illustrator or photoshop or whatever. and then the app is called capcut. dont blame me if it turns out to be some kind of ccp spying software or something, but its pretty good at figuring out a 2d image and converting it to 3d.
and i will save you time because it took me a long time to figure this out and i want more people to post their art like this.
so create a new project, click + upload a picture, then click on the 3 thumbnails of that picture, then on the bottom look for "style" it's a little cube. you can't see style unless you click the thumbnail. then from style you can choose which kind of zoom you want.
the rest is up to you to play with effects and stuff.
