Male and female physiology is largely identical save for a few key differences in muscle density, fat % and distribution, and bone structure. Because males have more exaggerated muscular anatomy and lower body fat% leading to higher muscular visibility, you'll have a significantly easier time understanding overall human construction if you study from then first and simply readjust what you've learnt for women. Study from women predominantly and you'll largely get good at drawing humans based on silhouettes and outlines, because the higher body fat % obscures the underlying structures.
