That's funny because a lot of well known mangakas and Japanese artists have taken inspiration from countless western artists
Moebius, Disney (especially), Frazetta and plenty others

Do you think that if western media was still good enough and not pozzed, Japanese media would have probably be better as well nowadays? the best periods for anime and manga were the 70s, 80s and 90s, then everything went to shit when the japanese started not giving a fuck anymore regarding western media due to the latter going to shit as well.
