As for your coloring you unfortunately have a bad groundwork here and I think you're going to need to start over to set it up right. Your gradients aren't following lighting correctly, you've placed them kind of arbitrarily instead of using them to create shadow and give the illusion of light spilling over the form.
I wish I could think of one off the top of my head but look up a video having to do with painting light and shadow or painting shadows, something like that.
