My dad grew up with technology, he even programmed in the early 70s and nowadays he struggles to do even the most basic technological shit because he failed to keep on top of it, despite always owning the latest computer model (up to early 10s). I also teach a retired American dude online who works as some sort of network specialist, he uses both Windows and Linux, and he ALWAYS fucks up Skype mid-class, taking minutes to undo the damage. Send him a link and he'll go silent for 30s before saying "Ah" and clicking it.
