The lines are scratchy, lacking confidence, there's little to no shading, the picture is poorly exposed and you have this /beg/ habits of avoiding paper waste!
Besides, the proportions are mostly OK; the nose of the second pic is better stylized than the first: a line read as an overlap of form.
If you need directions for your practice, try to copy some of your favorite artists.
