When's the last time you bought a painting? Any painting, for any price? Do you know even a single person that has ever bought a painting? Exactly. So why would the richest of the richest be intersted in something like this? Paintings are a pretty boring decoration and they're hard to compose well into a room, so why would some people with suspiciosly big amounts of cash want them? If you think about it its obvious its all a scam.
