Yes and no, people with aphantasia have the problem of taking to any forum or socials to let people know that the do have aphantasia constantly instead of actually drawing leading to less artwork being produced in general. People without aphantasia have a similar issue where they do something similar, but instead talk about how they weren't born with some ethereal boon which causes them to also produce less work. So in the end, it balances out and both really don't draw regardless.
