Even if a man takes hormones, those muscles will still remain more than women's. Another thing, women's skin is much softer than men's who is thicker. Men have bigger organs than women though it is not noted if size matters (pun intended).
Men have statistically had the biggest range of intelligence, meaning there are more stupid men than women. However, there are also more geniuses in men than women.
Men are much bigger in size, even if a male is the same height as a female, his size is on things like hands, feet, head, neck, etc. will remain much bigger than a woman's that is his height. An average man's strength is very much higher than a woman's which means the average man will be able to beat top women in strength due to muscle mass differences.
