Do you delete it? or do you keep it like a drawing book? I need space in my HD, and I have a few Teras of video drawing courses...

Keep the S tier ones, put the good ones on a backup drive and delete the shit ones.
You should always take notes when watching good ones so you can just refer to them later. or at least screenshot the important parts and write a few lines underneath to explain it so you remember later.

Actually I'll reiterate this point:
If you watch a video course WITHOUT taking notes, drawing what they draw and doing exercises (either ones they provide or your own ones using your brain) then it was completely pointless watching the video course and you just wasted your time.
