If you want to use stabilization, use it. Graphic tablets aren't perfect. Whenever you draw a line, a software is translating your movements for your computer to understand. No matter what model you have, no tablet can perfectly simulate real life. Even if you don't have shaky hands, your lines will still be somewhat inaccurate.
Professionals use this tool. Why would you listen random people on the internet simply because they feel bad about themselves and call it "cheating".
